Marcia Wachna

Marcia Wachna has extensive experience in the field of clinical research. Marcia began their career as a Clinical Marketing Manager at EndoVascular Technologies, Inc, where they trained physicians and provided feedback on device performance. Marcia then worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Endovascular Technologies, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for conducting clinical research on endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair devices.

Marcia then joined Guidant Corporation as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, where they contributed to the writing of the clinical section of the PMA for the ACCULINK Carotid Stent System. In this role, they developed and executed clinical strategies for a feasibility study on a non-implanted device for the treatment of hypertension. Marcia also established relationships with hypertension specialists and developed training materials for patients.

Most recently, Marcia is working at C2 Therapeutics, Inc as the Director of Clinical Research. In this role, they contribute to clinical research initiatives.

Marcia's most recent role is at Empirical Spine, Inc, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs.
