Lukáš Buřič is currently working as a Manager, Customer Success Operations at Emplifi, where Lukáš leads and develops the operations team supporting CSM business. Prior to this, Lukáš worked at Socialbakers as a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager, where Lukáš built and maintained strong customer relationships. With a background in business consulting, market research, and business development, Lukáš brings a wealth of experience in supporting sales teams and optimizing processes. Lukáš holds a degree in International Politics and Diplomacy from Prague University of Economics and Business.
