Rene Kubu is the Senior Vice President of Global Solutions & Services at Emplifi since June 2021, leading a team that helps businesses worldwide enhance their digital customer experience. Prior to this role, Kubu served as the Vice President of Global Business Development & Customer Success at Socialbakers, where responsibilities included optimizing customer success and retention strategies while overseeing the Global Best Practices team. Kubu's career at Microsoft spanned multiple roles, including Vice President of Global Sales Practice and Public Sector Lead for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, focusing on public sector digital transformation and cloud solutions. Before Microsoft, Kubu held various leadership positions at Avery Dennison, including Sales Director for Eastern Europe & Russia, emphasizing sales growth and customer relationship management. Kubu holds a degree in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management at CZU Prague.
