Adam Weber

Adam Weber is a Co-founder and the Chief People Officer at Emplify. Adam has over fifteen years of experience in sales, people operations, and business development.

Adam has a proven track record in building and scaling companies. Adam co-founded Bluebridge Digital in 2012, a mobile engagement platform that helps organizations communicate with their internal and external audiences. Under Adam's leadership as VP of Sales, Bluebridge grew to become one of the fastest growing companies in Indiana, with over 200% YoY growth. In 2016, Bluebridge was acquired by 15Five.

In 2015, Adam co-founded Emplify, an employee feedback and engagement platform that helps organizations create a culture of feedback. Emplify was acquired by SalesLoft in 2019.

Adam is passionate about building great cultures and developing people. Adam has been recognized as a top leader in the people operations space by HR Examiner, Business Insider, and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

Adam Weber attended Ball State University for both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. Adam earned a BS in Sociology in 2004 and a Masters in Organizational Communication in 2009.
