Jeffrey Swilley has extensive experience in various senior roles within workforce development organizations, including Employ Prince George's and Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation. With a BA in Business Management & Organization from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, Jeffrey has served in key positions such as Acting Executive Director, Deputy Director of Business & Administrative Services, and Chief Program Officer. As the current Chief of Staff at Employ Prince George's, Jeffrey plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office and representing the President & CEO.
