Sean Copeland

Sean Copeland is currently an Intake Specialist at Employ Prince George's, a quasi-government 501c3 nonprofit organization. Prior to this, Sean had experience as a Ecommerce Specialist and Business Owner during a Covid-19 work gap, where Sean built connections between businesses and increased financial and time management skills. Sean also worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Lowe's Companies, Inc., providing quality customer service and onboarding guidance. Additionally, Sean worked as a Lead Supervisor at DEI, excelling in customer de-escalation and implementing effective marketing strategies. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Prince George's Community College.
