Ana Sigler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Market Manager at Employbridge since June 2024, Ana previously held multiple leadership roles at Westaff, including Director of Business Development and Director of Operations, where responsibility included ensuring operational excellence and managing team performance across multiple locations. Ana has also worked as National Accounts Director at EDP Group, managing sales activities for high-end European fragrances, and held various executive positions at Assurant Solutions, overseeing budgets, claims operations, and customer care. Ana’s career began at The Kislak Organization, focusing on investor certification and customer service. Ana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Administration from Barry University.
