Bonnie Cox

Bonnie Cox has extensive experience in human resources, employee development, and training. With a career spanning from 1992 to the present, Bonnie held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Select Staffing and Vice President of Learning & Development at EmployBridge. As the founder and author at Power Training Institute, Bonnie developed innovative training programs aimed at enhancing productivity and profitability for various organizations. Additionally, Bonnie has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Barbara City College, teaching courses related to management and HR. Bonnie holds a BS in Management & Finance from Golden Gate University and an MA in Organizational Management from Antioch University, along with facilitator credentials from Franklin Covey.
