Chad Bairnsfather

Chad Bairnsfather, CISSP, has held various senior roles in information security throughout their career. Chad is currently the Senior Director of Information Security at EmployBridge, where they are responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive information security program. Previously, Chad worked as the Senior Director of Information Security and CISO at Health IQ, where they developed and implemented a strategic enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Before that, they served as the Director of Information Security at Elixir, where they successfully achieved Level 1 PCI Compliance and implemented web application security measures. Chad also has experience as the Director of Information Security at ChenMed, where they developed information security policies and evaluated corporate security control effectiveness. Additionally, they worked as an I.T. Security and Systems Consultant at Broward Health, where they provided strategic advice on technology usage and designed IT systems and networks. Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated expertise in various security frameworks and regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NYDFS.

Chad Bairnsfather, CISSP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². In 2022, Chad also pursued additional certifications through the ISC2 Cloud Security Certificate Program, including Cloud Basics, Moving to the Cloud, and Working in the Cloud.
