Crystal Brooks, CSP, has extensive experience in leadership and operations management within the staffing industry. Currently serving as Director of Change Management at Employbridge since October 2017, Crystal previously held multiple leadership roles at Hire Dynamics, including Director of Leadership Development and Director of Field Operations. Earlier, roles at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions included Director of Human Resources and Compliance, focusing on labor management and regulatory compliance. Crystal's career also features positions at Aprio Talent Solutions and Kelly, where skills in operational oversight, budget management, and training development were honed. Crystal holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
