Debbie Worley began their work experience in 1988 as an Assistant Manager at Hess's Department Store. From 1992 to 2001, they worked at Staffmark where they held the role of General Manager. In 2001, Worley joined Employbridge as a Regional Vice President, where they were responsible for the management of the Middle TN and Northern Alabama territory. In this position, they oversaw all financial, operational, and sales aspects of multiple branches.
Debbie Worley earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business from Walters State Community College in the years 1984 to 1986. Debbie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1986 to 1988.
