Kim McClanahan Peters

Kim McClanahan Peters has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as People Success Manager and Employee Relations Director at EmployBridge since May 1988. Previously, Kim held leadership roles at Hess's Department Store as Sr. Director of Employee Relations and Sr. Director of People Business, as well as Area Manager at Miller's Department Store during the mid-1980s. Kim's expertise includes strategic consulting on human resource best practices, legal guidelines, and talent development. Kim's educational background includes studies at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Bradley Central High School.
