Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson, CEBS, currently serves as the Manager of Benefits at EmployBridge since April 2020. With extensive experience in benefits management, Mike previously held the position of Benefits Manager at JCPenney from October 2012 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing annual enrollments for over 100,000 associates, administering health and welfare programs, and overseeing a $200 million benefits budget. Prior roles include Senior Benefits Analyst at Tenet Healthcare, Benefits Specialist at Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Implementation Manager at Mercer HR Services, and Lead Systems Analyst Advanced at Aon Hewitt, showcasing a strong background in benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis. Mike earned a BBA in Finance from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
