Rob Visconti has extensive work experience, beginning in 2003 with Kimberly-Clark where they held various roles such as Category Development Manager and Business Development Leader. Rob then joined Conagra Brands in 2006 as a Brand Manager and achieved significant growth in sales and profit for the POGO brand. In 2007, they moved to Nestlé as a Channel/Category Sales Development Manager and successfully launched the Stouffers Bistro Panini, exceeding all targets. From 2008 to 2019, they rejoined Kimberly-Clark in different roles, including Director of Global Marketing and Finance and Trade Marketing Director. During their tenure, they led efforts that resulted in supply chain savings and increased category share. In 2019, they joined Renovia Inc. as a Senior Director, focusing on direct-to-consumer marketing for prescription-based digital therapeutic devices. Most recently, they were employed at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, in various leadership roles, such as Vice President, Channel Sales Strategy and Vice President, Sales Operations, where they led teams and implemented strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

Rob Visconti holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Schulich School of Business - York University. Rob also has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the same institution. In 2019, they completed a Digital Marketing Training program at Circus Street, specializing in Digital Marketing & Business Strategy. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Digital Marketing Certification from Circus Street, Change Management Leader Certification from Prosci, Skilled Negotiator Certification from The Gap Partnership, and LEAN Black Belt/Continuous Improvement Certification from Kimberly-Clark.
