Dan Walter

Dan Walter is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in information technology and software development. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Cobalt Benefits Group, LLC since January 2019, Dan Walter has been instrumental in enhancing health insurance claims processing automation as Assistant Director of Information Technology at CBA Blue since September 2010. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at UVM / ASEBA, where Dan Walter was responsible for developing life cycle software for personality assessment, and Information Systems Manager at the Vermont Alcohol Research Center, where Dan Walter designed a web application for research participant management. With a strong foundation in psychology, having earned an MA from Loyola College in Maryland and dual Bachelor's degrees from the University of Akron, Dan Walter combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of research-related needs.
