Keith Persinger

Keith Persinger has extensive work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Keith began their career in 2006 at National Benefits Group of America (NBGA), where they worked as a Case Manager/Enrollment Specialist until 2013. In this role, Keith coordinated the enrollment process for various clients and effectively communicated benefit offerings to employees.

In 2013, Keith joined Employee Family Protection, Inc. as the Director of New Business. Keith then advanced to the position of Vice President of Field Services in 2021. In this role, Keith developed and implemented a comprehensive plan for staff growth, promoted collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and focused on data-driven practices to support anticipated growth. Keith continues to contribute to the company's growth and success.

From 2000 to 2002, Keith Persinger attended West Virginia University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on General Education.
