Janet Albanese is the Operations Director at Employee Owned Holdings Incorporated. Janet has over twenty years of experience in quality management and has been with EOHI since 2016. Janet is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems for all of EOHI's companies. This includes ensuring that the systems conform to customer, internal, and ISO 9001 requirements, as well as overseeing inspection of incoming materials and conducting periodic management review meetings. In their previous role as Corporate Quality Manager, Janet successfully transitioned multiple business units with varying business models to ISO 9001:2015.

Janet Albanese has a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin in the field of Communication and Media Studies.
