Rachel Vanlandingham

Rachel Vanlandingham is the Director of Member Services at Employer Direct Healthcare. Rachel has over seven years of experience in customer service and management.

Rachel began their career as a Senior Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards. Rachel was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager at Cato Corporation, where they oversaw a team of six employees. In this role, Rachel was responsible for scheduling, inventory, customer service, marketing, and other duties.

In 2018, Rachel joined Employer Direct Healthcare as the Director of Member Services. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the member services team and ensuring that members have a positive experience with the company. Rachel is passionate about their work and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Rachel Vanlandingham has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and an Associate of Arts from Northwest Mississippi Community College. Rachel is currently pursuing a career in marketing and marketing management.

Rachel Vanlandingham reports to John Zutter, CEO & Director. They are on a team with Frank Bird - EVP of Network Development, Kayla Davidoff - VP, Human Resources, and Jeff Vanderbilt - CFO.
