Rhonda is well aware how a person’s socioeconomic status, race, age, or employer has a significant impact on their health and quality of life. That’s why she’s chosen the role of Claims Processing Manager at Employer Direct Healthcare. She’s proud to work for a company that’s contributing to the fight against health disparities by increasing access to quality and affordable care for millions.

While attending the University of Oklahoma, Rhonda got her start in this space by studying health disparities and social determinants of health. She’s even a published coauthor in the Journal of Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities with an article titled, “Utilizing social determinants of health to Elicit Perceived Control Beliefs About Physical Activity Among African Americans."
