Steve Jones

Steve serves as the lead independent director of the company. In addition, Steve serves on several other boards including State Farm Insurance and Glen Raven. He previously served on the boards of Bank of America, Progress Energy and Premiere Global Communications.

Previously served as Dean of UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.from 2003-2008. Prior to his role at UNC, Steve was CEO the Australian & New Zealand Banking Group and ANZ – New Zealand Ltd. and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company

Earning his MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and his BA in economics from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar
