Nathan Ely

Nathan Ely has extensive experience in the field of human resources and workforce management. In their most recent role as Vice President of Sales at Employer Solutions Group & Employer Solutions Staffing Group, they led strategic partnerships and provided consulting services. Prior to this, Nathan held various roles at Opti Staffing Group, including Vice President of Safety & Compliance and Director of Safety & Loss Control. At Opti Staffing Group, they developed and implemented a comprehensive safety program, managed workers' compensation claims, and successfully reduced injury severity.

Nathan Ely completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Advertising and minors in Italian and English from Purdue University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Prior to attending Purdue University, they also studied at West Lafayette High School. In addition to their formal education, Nathan Ely obtained certifications including Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist from the National Association of Personnel Services, as well as OSHA 30 Hour for General Industry from the U.S. Department of Labor, obtained in 2012.
