Dave Burkhart

Dave Burkhart has extensive experience in organizational development and business consulting, currently serving as both an Organizational Development Specialist and a Senior Business Consultant at Employers Group since November 2001. Prior to this role, Dave worked as an HR Project Specialist at Steelcase North America from November 1989 to May 1997. Dave holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development, which was completed between 1993 and 2003, and attended Irvine Valley College.
