Kelly DiNardo has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits consulting. Kelly started their career at Coventry Health Care as an Account Manager in 2002. Kelly then joined Horan Associates in 2005 as an Account Manager and specialized in strategizing with employers to develop innovative benefit programs while managing costs. In 2012, they joined Employers Health as a Senior Director, Client Solutions, where they leveraged the company's purchasing power to provide employees with the best healthcare products and pursued market reform through value-based benefit plan design consulting and pay-for-quality incentives. Currently, Kelly holds the position of Vice President at Employers Health.
Kelly DiNardo completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, graduating in 2002. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) U.S. certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2020. Furthermore, they acquired the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) U.S. certification and the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) U.S. certification from the same institution in February 2022.
