Corwyn W. Strout

Corwyn W. Strout, M.S. has a diverse range of work experience in design, innovation, and strategy. Corwyn W. currently serves as the Head of Human-Centered Design & Research at EMPLOYERS, where they lead customer and user experience initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as an Experience Strategy Director at VMLY&R and as the Chief Creative Strategist at HINGE DESIGN LLC. Corwyn also has experience in trend and innovation as the Director at InterDesign, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as a guest lecturer at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Utah - College of Architecture and Planning, focusing on design thinking and innovation. Corwyn was the co-founder of Baboo Partners LLC, where they led marketing and development activities. Corwyn W. has also held roles at Intouch Solutions and R&D/Leverage, where they contributed to strategic planning, brand development, and creative direction. Later, in 2004-2006, they pursued Project Management at Case Western Reserve University, focusing on marketing in the business field. In 2017-2018, they attended Northeastern University and earned a Masters in Innovation, specializing in next-generation product, system, marketing, and service design. Additionally, they received training and certifications in creative problem-solving workshop facilitation.
