Dale Ramsey

Dale Ramsey has a solid background in infrastructure management and cloud technologies. From 2019 to the present, they held the position of Vice President, Cloud Infrastructure at EMPLOYERS, where they were responsible for the design and engineering of compute, storage, network, and cloud-based server and storage platforms. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, they served as the Director of Infrastructure at EMPLOYERS, overseeing the company's infrastructure operations.

Before joining EMPLOYERS, Dale worked at Aon from 2006 to 2014, where they held various roles including Director Data Center and Hosting Management, where they were responsible for evolving and managing vendor relationships. Dale also served as the Systems Management Team Manager, overseeing server infrastructure and managing the Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory environments.

From 2001 to 2006, Dale worked at Benfield Blanch as the Network Manager/BCP Manager, responsible for managing the network team and implementing network policies and procedures.
