Dennis B. Dix is the Senior Vice President of Operations Innovation at Employers. Dennis has over thirteen years of experience in the payroll industry. Dennis has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness in the payroll process. Dennis is a founding member of the Cerity leadership team and has played a key role in the development of the company's brand, digital marketing & advertising strategy, core system design & configuration, and operations management. Dennis currently leads all areas of product design, pricing & underwriting, marketing, digital advertising, and member services.

Dennis B. Dix has a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University - Babcock Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University.
