Kimberly Sego

Kimberly Sego has extensive experience in process improvement and operations management. Kimberly most recently worked at EMPLOYERS as the Director of Enterprise Business Process Architecture and Change Management. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Hughes as a Lean Enterprise Transformation Leader. Kimberly also has experience at EMPLOYERS in various roles, including Product Owner - Claims, Operational Excellence Manager, Process Center of Excellence Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Lead. Kimberly's earlier experience includes roles at BD, Kaiser Permanente, United Technologies, H.J. Heinz Company, and the US Navy. Kimberly has a background in areas such as project management, customer service, and quality improvement.

Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Kimberly also completed a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University.

In 2015, they attended the Lean Enterprise Institute where they completed a course in Lean Coaching.

Currently, they are pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General at Devry, Keller Graduate School of Management.

Prior to their higher education, they studied Pre-Nursing Studies at the University of Nevada from 2002 to 2005.

Kimberly also holds additional certifications including Lean Practitioner from Goodrich Aerostructures, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of California, San Diego, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from H.J.
