Kimberly Sego

Kimberly Sego has extensive experience in process improvement and operations management. Kimberly most recently worked at EMPLOYERS as the Director of Enterprise Business Process Architecture and Change Management. Prior to that, they worked at Baker Hughes as a Lean Enterprise Transformation Leader. Kimberly also has experience at EMPLOYERS in various roles, including Product Owner - Claims, Operational Excellence Manager, Process Center of Excellence Manager, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Lead.
