Rob Ogilvie

Rob Ogilvie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in analytics operations, data engineering management, database administration, and IT consulting. Rob is currently serving as the Director of Analytics Operations at EMPLOYERS since October 2022. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at SAIF Corporation as a Data Engineering Manager, overseeing a team responsible for database administration, data engineering, machine learning, and data governance. Rob also served as a Lead Database Administrator at SAIF Corporation from 2015 to 2018. Before joining SAIF Corporation, they worked as an Oracle Database Administrator at Marion County from 2012 to 2015.
