Wayne Hilston has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Wayne started their career as a Field Sales Specialist at CNA Insurance in 1997, where they built and developed an agency plant in Wisconsin and achieved top new business performer recognition. Wayne then joined Johnson Insurance in 2004 as the Vice President of Commercial Lines, overseeing the Commercial Department and implementing strategies to improve internal marketing initiatives and business partnerships.

Returning to CNA Insurance in 2005, Wayne held the position of Central Region Sales Director - Small Business, leading sales strategies in the Midwest region and improving production and retention results. Wayne later became the Director of National Programs and Partners, where they created and managed the process to develop Small Business National Affinity and Franchise Program capabilities, resulting in significant profitable new production.

Wayne's most recent position was at EMPLOYERS, where they held two roles. Wayne first served as the Director of Business Development - Affinity Programs, and then became the Vice President of Sales - Programs & Payroll Alliances. In these roles, they worked on building alliances and programs to drive sales and partnerships.

Throughout their career, Wayne demonstrated strong leadership skills, teamwork, and an ability to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.

Wayne Hilston has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
