Kaelin Pratt

Kaelin Pratt has a diverse background in human resources and administrative services. They began their career in 2017 at The College Board, where they started as an Administrative Services Associate and HR Assistant before becoming a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they worked from August 2017 to July 2020.

They then moved on to the U.S. House of Representatives in July 2020, where they worked as a Scheduler & Operations staff member until September 2021.

From September 2021 to May 2022, Kaelin worked at Seyfarth Shaw LLP as a Human Resources Coordinator.

Most recently, Kaelin joined Lever in May 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they currently work.

Kaelin Pratt has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Information Sciences with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Alabama.
