Suhas Jog

Suhas Jog is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Employ since May 2023, focusing on ATS engineering. Prior to this role, Suhas held the position of Director of Engineering at Fictiv from August 2019 to January 2023, where Suhas managed engineering efforts for a transformative manufacturing software platform. Suhas also contributed significantly at VMware as a Sr. Engineering Manager from April 2014 to August 2019, building a cloud service platform and managing a globally distributed engineering team. Earlier experience includes roles at Nexant, TIBCO Software Inc., Worthington Steel, and Wipro Systems, where Suhas excelled in various engineering and management capacities, contributing to the development of software platforms and applications. Suhas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering and completed an Executive Education program in Product Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
