Erika Scanlin

Erika Scanlin is the COO and Talent Strategist at EG Workforce Solutions since January 2023, focusing on talent acquisition and development to help individuals and organizations succeed. Prior to this, Erika was a Talent & Organization Managing Director at Accenture from September 2010 to January 2023, where efforts centered on addressing workforce challenges across various industries and fostering agile organizational transformations. Additional relevant roles at Accenture included Senior Manager and Consultant, focusing on the financial services sector and organizational development. Erika's early career began with internships in organizational development at JSJ China and JSJ Corporation. Erika holds a BA in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and has further education from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Current interests encompass the future of work, inclusion and diversity, and the integration of automation within human and machine partnerships.
