Mariea Doxaratoras

Mariea Doxaratoras has extensive experience in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager for ANZ at Employment Hero since September 2025. Previously, Mariea held multiple roles at SiteMinder from September 2021 to September 2025, including Customer Operations Enablement Lead and Senior Engagement Operations Specialist. Prior to that, Mariea worked as the Sales Operations Manager at Traff1k D1g1tal and as a Sales Operations Executive at 100Proof, where responsibilities included data management and CRM system implementation. Mariea also has experience as a Bid & Governance Analyst at Toll Group and has held various roles in marketing and sales support earlier in the career, alongside volunteering as an Event Assistant. Mariea earned a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Electronic Publishing from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Business from William Blue College of Hospitality Management.
