Alana Bloom

Alana has been working at Employment Innovations since April 2014, holding various HR-related positions including Head of HR, Quality and Compliance Manager, Shared Services Manager, and Team Leader at HR Central. Prior to that, Alana worked at OrotonGroup from November 2010 to January 2015 as a Retail Sales Assistant and Stock Controller. Alana also volunteered as a Human Resources Assistant at Miracle Babies Foundation from August 2012 to April 2014. Alana completed their Practising Certification Program in HR at the Australian HR Institute in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Business Law from UNSW, where Alana attended from 2011 to 2013. Alana completed their secondary education at MLC School Sydney from 2004 to 2010.
