Ana is the firm’s head of labor law practice. She advises major Slovenian and international clients with respect to labor law issues related to daily operational business, corporate & financial restructurings and acquisition projects. Ana has over 10 years of experience dealing with most complex labor law matters.
Ana regularly advises Petrol Group in connection with various labor law matters, provides assistance in drafting of internal labor acts and policies, advises clients in negotiations with the trade unions and workers’ council and represents clients in labor disputes. Ana was an integral part of legal team that advised Palladio Holding in connection with acquisition, financial and operational restructuring of Cimos Group, one of the largest successful restructurings in the automotive industry in SE region.
Ana has also written various articles on labor issues for Slovenian legal journals.
