Heather Weine Brochin

Heather Weine Brochin is a distinguished attorney and current Partner and Chair of the Labor & Employment practice at Day Pitney LLP since September 2006. Specializing in employment litigation, employee benefits litigation, and employment counseling and training, Heather has made significant contributions to these fields. Additionally, since January 2023, Heather is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women into leadership positions. As of June 2018, Heather serves as the New Jersey Primary Member for the Employment Law Alliance, the largest network of employment lawyers globally. Prior experience includes an associate role at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2001 to 2006, focusing on employment and employee benefits litigation and counseling. Heather holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
