Susan T. Spradley

Susan focuses her practice in all aspects of management employment law including litigation, general advice and training. Susan's practice encompasses federal and state court trials as well as hearings before state and local agencies. Susan represents private and public sector employers in employment law matters regarding discrimination (gender, race, national origin, religion, and age), all forms of retaliation, Fair Labor Standard Act, unemployment compensation, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other employment matters. Susan also has experience in defending housing discrimination claims in the federal and state levels. Susan's practice also includes drafting and negotiating employment related agreements, including restrictive covenants (noncompetition, nondisclosure and nonsolicitation), preparing policy manuals and handbooks and conducting management training. Susan works extensively with clients to implement preventative measures to help avoid and defend employment related claims.
