Daniel T. McKillop

Dan McKillop, Esq. serves as a Partner at Scarinci Hollenbeck, Attorneys at Law, since February 2016, focusing on counseling corporate, commercial, and private clients on environmental law while leading the Cannabis and Psychedelics Law practice group. Prior to this role, McKillop held positions as Counsel at Beattie Padovano, LLC, where corporate clients received guidance on environmental law, and as an Environmental Law Attorney at Wolff & Samson PC, representing industrial clients in regulatory matters. Additional experience includes environmental legal roles at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where McKillop coordinated extensive due diligence investigations, and Pitney Hardin Kipp & Szuch LLP, which involved collaboration with state officials on environmental initiatives. McKillop earned a J.D. cum laude with certificates in Environmental Law and International Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a B.A. in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
