Brad Landin

Brad Landin has over 35 years of management experience in both the private and public sectors, with over 25 years of experience in regulated industry compliance matters. Brad joined Employment Screening Resources (ESR) in 2011 and assumed the role of President in September of that year. At ESR, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's strategy, operations, and finances. Prior to ESR, Landin served as the Vice President for the Western Region at Sterling Infosystems, where they were responsible for the development of the company's west coast facilities and served as a compliance and subject matter expert. Brad also held the position of Executive Vice President and COO at Abso from July 2000 to December 2009.

Brad Landin has a background in biology, studying at Loyola University Chicago. Brad also has experience in business administration, studying at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. In addition, they have obtained the PBSA Advanced FCRA Certificate from the Professional Background Screening Association in 2021.
