Alicia Spicer (AJ)

Alicia "AJ" Spicer has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in business development, hospitality, and social services. Since October 2018, Alicia has been with Employment Solutions of New York, Inc., contributing expertise in business development. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a bartender at Delaware North from January 2015 to July 2017 and held the position of Senior Case Manager at BAYS Florida from July 2012 to July 2017. Alicia began a career in the service industry at Applebee's, working as a server, bartender, and trainer from August 2004 to August 2012. Additionally, Alicia worked as a Juvenile Diversion Specialist at ACTS - Agency for Community Treatment Services for a brief period in 2011, focusing on mental health and substance use assessments.
