Amol Parab has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amol is currently working as an Agile Delivery Lead at Employsure since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting Program Manager at Tecx Labs Private Limited from September 2021 to March 2022. Amol also served as a Senior Project Manager at TechnoGen from October 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they held the position of an Information Technology Project Manager at Turtlemint from January 2017 to September 2018.
Amol Parab's experience also includes working as a Senior IT Project Manager at Packt Publishing from May 2014 to December 2016. Amol was responsible for building the enterprise data platform and CRM platforms, improving business processes, and leading key IT projects. Amol also managed the company website in collaboration with the product manager.
Prior to Packt Publishing, they worked at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, in various roles including Director Business Intelligence Projects (BI Delivery Manager) from February 2013 to May 2014, Director of Operations from April 2010 to January 2013, Manager - Subscriber Operations from December 2008 to March 2010, and Manager - Customer Support from July 2006 to November 2008. During their tenure at Finicity, they played an integral role in strategy formulation, execution of operational plans, implementing Scrum-Agile software development methodology, and promoting process development.
Amol Parab also gained experience as a Senior Technical Support Officer at Convergys Intelligent Contact from January 2006 to June 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Customer Support Representative at eFunds from 2003 to 2005 and as a Programmer/Tech Support at Benchmark Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from May 2001 to November 2002.
Amol Parab holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from UBI Business School. Amol also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
