Caroline Marston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Employsure, a multi-national business that supports businesses in Employment Relations and Health & Safety. In this role, they are responsible for managing several departments and delivering growth and continuous improvement. Prior to this, Caroline worked as the General Manager at Pivot, where they aimed to change the Microsoft market through a new strategic solution. Caroline also held the position of Enterprise Account Director & BDM at Green Light Worldwide, a trusted partner to large national and international Systems Integration businesses. Caroline's experience also includes serving as a Sales Director at Experis/Manpower Group, where they managed global and national account management. Caroline has worked in various other organizations, such as Pactera Technology International, Callaways Executive, Catalyste, Commonwealth Bank, CSM Management Solutions, and Collins Consulting Group.

Caroline Marston obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business & Finance from the University of Strathclyde from 1992 to 1998. Caroline also earned a GCCM (Distinction) degree in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2009 to 2010.
