Mary Blake has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mary is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Employsure since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager at Citrus Group from 2014 to 2022, where they gained expertise in recruitment and training of customer contact professionals. Before that, they served as the Operations Manager at Customers 1 to 1 from 2011 to 2014, and as the NSW Manager at Excom Education from 2010 to 2010 and again from 2007 to 2009. Mary also has experience as the TTT2.0 Project Training & Operations at George Weston Foods from 2009 to 2010, Regional Manager at Rentokil Initial from 2006 to 2007, National Sales Manager at BRE | AV Central from 2002 to 2006, and Developer Representative at Trendwest Resorts from 2001 to 2002.
Mary Blake completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from AGSM @ UNSW Business School between the years 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Sydney. Additionally, Mary obtained certification as an MBTI Certified Practitioner from CPP, Inc. in 2014.
