Currently, Ed serves as Chief Operating Officer at Emporium, focusing on building a team of talented individuals with shared values. Prior roles include EVP Operations and SVP, Correspondent Lending at Plaza Home Mortgage, where Ed oversaw operations and drove efficiencies in correspondent lending. Previous experience encompasses significant leadership positions at New Penn Financial, Homeward Residential, Seneca One Finance, InTouch Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, Option One Mortgage, and Chevy Chase Bank. Ed earned a BA in Economics from Virginia Military Institute and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Villanova University.
