From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at ZAP Solutions, Inc. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Black Box Network Services. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Plus Consulting. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Engineering Lead of the Loyalty and Offers Product Lines, Lead Software Development Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer at SessionM. Since 2022, they have been working as a Lead Software Engineer at Emporos.

Patrick MacMannis obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Vincent College between 2006 and 2010.
