Madalina Stanca

Madalina Stanca is an experienced software development professional currently serving as Team Manager and Senior Software Developer at Emposo since September 2022. Prior to this role, Madalina worked at HARMAN International from June 2020 to August 2022 as a Software Engineer within the R&D Global Engineering Team for the Automotive Division, contributing to in-house software solutions and collaborating across project teams. Madalina's career began at the Ministry of National Defense, where as Department Chief, responsibilities included workload allocation and software development, alongside a technical role as a Web and Database Developer. Madalina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information Systems for Defense and National Security from the Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" and a Master's degree in Intelligence and National Security from Academia Națională de Informații din București.
