Radé Kosanovic

Radé Kosanovic has a diverse work experience in the technology and consultancy sectors. From 2007 to 2022, they worked at Hays, starting as a Consultant and progressing to roles such as Senior Manager and Business Director. During their time there, they managed teams, focused on staff training and development, and was responsible for sales budgets, staff development, operational management, and strategy. In 2023, Radé joined Emposo as a Customer Solutions Director, where they oversee large-scale change projects and delivers customized digital transformation solutions for clients. Before Hays, they worked at Incisive Media as an Accounts Executive from 2005 to 2006.

Radé Kosanovic obtained a BBA & Management - Double Degree in Marketing & Organisational Studies from the University of Canberra from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they earned a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Marc Ratcliffe Education in 2004.
