Zjak Grobbelaar has extensive work experience in various roles within the recruitment and consultancy industry. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at A24 Group as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Regional Account Manager, specializing in the Health and NHS sectors. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Hays, starting as a Senior Recruitment Manager in the Healthcare sector and progressing to Business Director roles in IT/Digital recruitment and Technology and Digital resource solutions and services. In 2020, they joined Emposo as a Client Director, focusing on NHS/Health/Public Sector projects in the field of Technology, Data, Systems, and Digital Transformation.

Zjak Grobbelaar attended Durbanville High School from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Matric Qualification.
