Ronan Lehane has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Ronan began their career as an Infrastructure Management Associate at A.C.S., where they were the primary contact for European based servers and part of a team responsible for successful disaster recovery exercises. In 2007, they joined VMware as a Technical Support Engineer and held various roles, including Supervisor - Enterprise Applications Team and Support Account Manager - Mission Critical Support. In 2017, they moved to OVH US as Senior Manager - Customer Success and then to Elastic as Senior Support Manager in 2018. Currently, they are the Senior Technical Support Manager at Timescale.
Ronan Lehane has a comprehensive education history. Ronan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University College Cork between 1999 and 2003. Ronan then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Multimedia Technology from University College Cork between 2003 and 2005. Ronan then obtained a Master's Degree in Cloud Computing from Munster Technological University between 2011 and 2013.
