Kelby Miller has a comprehensive work experience history in the field of Information Technology. Kelby started their career at Catapult Technology in 2011 as a Queue Manager and Remote Local Support Technician, ensuring optimal computer system performance for GSA. Kelby then transitioned to AAC Inc. in 2013, where they served as an Advanced Technical Support Technician and Queue Manager, focusing on streamlining support processes and providing critical technical support for GSA operations. Later, they joined SAIC in 2016 as an Advanced Technical Support Manager, leading high-visibility IT projects and mentoring a team of IT technicians. Kelby most recently worked at Empower AI, starting in 2021, where they held various roles such as SME - User Support Specialist, Journeyman IT Project Manager, and currently as a Data Architect. In their current role, they spearhead the integration of ServiceNow analytics to enhance GSA's digital transformation initiatives and continuously improves analytical capabilities and service delivery.

Kelby Miller earned their Associate's degree in Computer Science from YTI Career Institute in 2011. Kelby then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University from 2022 to 2023. Kelby pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2024. In addition to their degrees, Kelby also obtained various certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®.
